Daniele Bonera (born May 31, 1981 in Brescia) is an Italian footballer for A.C. Milan of Serie A where he plays in the role of defender and wears the shirt 25.

Bonera started his career for Brescia Calcio, making his first team debut in 1999/2000, in Serie B league. After two more impressive seasons with Brescia, which even led him to be capped for the Italy national football team, making his debut in a friendly match played September 5, 2001 against Morocco, Bonera moved to Parma in 2002/03.

On the 28 July 2006 Daniele moved to A.C. Milan for a transfer fee of about $2.5 million. He was called up by Roberto Donadoni for Italy's Euro 2008 Qualifier against Scotland, a match scheduled for 28th March 2007, but had to withdraw due to injury. He has been capped 16 times for Italy.
